Weekend Picnic

We were experiencing cabin fever from lack of sunshine in our state. This past Saturday was a beautiful day out and we decided to go out to the park for a picnic. We enjoyed our day out with chicken pitas, bikes, kites, and just plain old relaxing. Sometimes you need to go out and get out of the house.

For dessert I found these sugar cane sticks all cut up at Whole Foods. I had to show them how to properly eat them. I really brought me back to my childhood.
